Machine Characteristics

● The main structural castings are made of HT300, with a surface hardness not lower than HB250. They are subjected to high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatments to ensure dimensional stability and long-term accuracy.

● An optimized rib layout provides excellent overall rigidity, keeps the natural frequency away from the resonance range, and ensures high machining surface finish.

● The base adopts a three-layer ribbed casting structure and the column adopts a two-layer ribbed structure, combined with an extra-wide base design. The joint surface between the head and the column uses a 1:1:1 structure to increase cutting rigidity.

● The machine body features a symmetrical structural design, ensuring stable machining accuracy, making it an ideal choice for parts and mold machining.

● The machine body adopts roller linear guideways on the X and Y axes and a box-type guideway on the Z axis, ensuring machining accuracy and efficiency while maintaining high rigidity.

● An optional three-axis box-way configuration is available to meet the requirements of heavy-duty machining.

● The spindle is matched with a high-speed tool changer and a servo-driven tool magazine to reduce tool-change time and improve overall productivity.
