Machine characteristics
● The ball screws are C3-grade imported ball screws. A large-lead design is adopted to ensure rapid feed motion and to shorten non-cutting time. ● The Z-axis adopts a counterweight-free design, which reduces the inertia of the headstock, increases dynamic response, and enables high-precision machining. ● The ball screws of all three axes are pre-tensioned to minimize thermal elongation and improve the overall accuracy of the machine tool. ● The main structural components are optimized using finite element analysis (FEA) to achieve excellent structural rigidity and machining accuracy.
