Machine Characteristics

● The main structural castings are made of HT300 material, with surface hardness not less than HB250, and undergo high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.

● Well-designed rib distribution provides excellent overall rigidity, keeps the natural frequency away from the resonance zone, and ensures surface finishing quality.

● The base adopts a three-layer and the column a two-layer ribbed casting structure. With an extra-wide base and a 1:1:1 head-to-column joint design, cutting rigidity is significantly enhanced. The machine body adopts a 45-degree integral slant-back casting structure, delivering unique machining accuracy.

● The feed axes adopt imported roller linear guideways (X and Z axes use reinforced 45-spec models) to ensure high load capacity and high precision of the machine tool.
