Machine Characteristics

● The main structural castings are made of HT300, with a surface hardness not lower than HB250. They undergo high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatments to ensure dimensional stability and long-term accuracy.

● Optimized reinforcement provides excellent overall rigidity, keeps the natural frequency away from the resonance range, and ensures high machining surface finish. The base features a three-layer ribbed casting structure, and the column has a two-layer ribbed structure, combined with an extra-wide base. The joint surface between the head and the column adopts a 1:1:1 design to enhance cutting rigidity. The machine body has a symmetrical structural layout, ensuring stable machining accuracy, making it an ideal choice for parts and mold machining.

● The beam and the column are cast as an integral structure, providing high structural rigidity.

● The base is cast with reinforced ribs to enhance machining accuracy and cutting rigidity.

● The ball screws are C3-grade imported ball screws with a large-lead design, ensuring rapid feed motion and reducing non-cutting time.

● The axes and spindle are equipped with high-torque motors to achieve high-torque machining capability.
