Machine Characteristics

● The main structural castings are made of HT300, with a surface hardness not lower than HB250. They undergo high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatments to ensure dimensional stability and long-term accuracy.

● Optimized reinforcement provides excellent overall rigidity, keeps the natural frequency away from the resonance range, and ensures high machining surface finish. The base features a three-layer ribbed casting structure, and the column has a two-layer ribbed structure, combined with an extra-wide base. The joint surface between the head and the column adopts a 1:1:1 design to enhance cutting rigidity. The machine body has a symmetrical structural layout, ensuring stable machining accuracy, making it an ideal choice for parts and mold machining.

● The beam and the column are integrally designed and cast, and the structure is extremely strong. 
● The base is cast with reinforced ribs to increase accuracy and cutting stability.
● The ball screw adopts C3 grade imported screw. Large lead design is adopted to ensure rapid feed to shorten non-processing time.
● Enlarged design of axial and spindle motors.
