Machine Characteristics

● The feed axes are equipped with imported roller-type linear guideways, and the X, Y, and Z axes adopt reinforced size-45 guideways, ensuring high load capacity and high positioning accuracy of the machine tool.

● For models larger than 1270, the Y-axis adopts a four-guideway configuration, and the X-axis uses size-55 guideways to further enhance machine rigidity.

● The Z-axis adopts a nitrogen counterbalance system, which reduces the inertia of the headstock, increases dynamic response, and enables high-precision machining.

● The ball screws of all three axes are pre-tensioned to minimize thermal elongation and improve machining accuracy.

● Both the three axes and the spindle are equipped with high-torque motors to realize heavy-cutting capability.

● The spindle is available in multiple configurations, including belt-driven, direct-drive, ZF gearbox drive, and full gear-drive types, to significantly increase spindle torque.
