Machine characteristics

● The main structural castings are made of HT300, with a surface hardness not lower than HB250. They are subjected to high-temperature annealing and natural aging treatments to ensure dimensional stability and long-term accuracy.

● The reinforced structural design provides excellent overall rigidity and keeps the natural frequency away from the resonance range. The base adopts a three-layer rib structure and the column adopts a two-layer rib structure, combined with an extra-wide base design. The joint surface between the head and the column uses a 1:1:1 structure to enhance cutting rigidity. The machine body adopts a symmetrical layout to ensure stable machining accuracy, making it highly suitable for parts and mold processing.

● The GX866-L adopts a granite base and column manufactured using German technology, which significantly improves vibration resistance and long-term accuracy retention of the machine tool.

● The feed axes are equipped with imported roller-type linear guideways. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt reinforced size-45 guideways to ensure high load capacity and high positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
